Thank you for choosing Quila, an AI-powered social chat platform where users engage with AI characters. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Service-Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
1.1 Overview
Quila ("we," "us," or "our") provides an interactive AI chat experience through our mobile/web application. These Terms govern your use of the App, including all features, content, and services.
1.2 Eligibility
You must be:

Not barred from using the App under applicable laws.
2.1 Account Creation

Keep login credentials secure; you’re responsible for all account activity.

3.1 Nature of AI
AI characters simulate conversation but are not human.
Responses are generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate or inappropriate.

4.1 Data Collection
We process personal data (e.g., chat logs, device info) as described in our Privacy Policy. By using Quila, you consent to this processing.

5.1 Purchases
Premium features (e.g., subscriptions, in-app items) require payment.
Payments are processed via third parties (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play).
5.2 Refunds
All sales are final unless required by law. Subscription cancellations must be managed through your app store.
6.1 Our Rights
The App, its AI models, logos, and software are owned by Quila.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.

You retain ownership of your inputs but grant us a global license to use them for service improvement.

The App is provided "as is." We do not guarantee:
Uninterrupted or error-free service.
Accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
7.2 Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Indirect damages (e.g., emotional distress, lost profits).
Third-party actions (e.g., payment processors, other users).
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations, fraud, or legal compliance reasons.
We may update this Agreement periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
